• Store content - the store name, description, location, product listings, and images you upload.
• Order details - items, quantities, delivery address, and fulfilment choice submitted at checkout.
• Technical data - basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

3. How we use information

• To operate your store and deliver orders to your WhatsApp.
• To authenticate accounts and prevent abuse.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To improve the Service and understand how it is used.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use customer contact details for our own marketing.

4. Sharing between sellers and customers

When a customer places an order, their name, phone number, and delivery details are shared with the seller so the order can be fulfilled. Sellers must use that information only to complete the order and comply with applicable data-protection law.

5. Service providers

We rely on third parties to run Zenyne Store - including cloud hosting, image storage, and authentication (for example, Google sign-in). They process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.

6. Retention

We keep account and store data for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained while needed for the seller’s business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
