Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zenyne Store (the “Service”), a platform that lets local businesses publish an online store and receive orders over WhatsApp. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and operate a business in your jurisdiction.

3. Your store and content

You retain ownership of the product information, images, and other content you upload. You grant Zenyne Store a licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating your store. You are responsible for ensuring your listings, prices, and fulfilment are lawful and accurate.

• No illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.
• No content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• You handle your own order fulfilment, delivery, and customer payment; Zenyne does not process payments.

4. Orders and payments between you and your customers

Zenyne passes order details to you over WhatsApp. Any sale, payment, refund, or dispute is strictly between you and your customer. Zenyne is not a party to those transactions and does not hold funds.

5. Fees

New stores begin with a free trial. After the trial a store must be on a paid plan to remain publicly visible. Fees are a flat recurring charge with no commission on your sales. We will give notice before any change to pricing.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service - including attempting to break security, disrupt other users, scrape data at scale, or use Zenyne to send spam. We may suspend or remove stores that violate these Terms or that create risk for the platform or its users.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or legal requirement. On termination your store stops being publicly visible; you may request a copy of your content for a limited period afterward.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenyne Store is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
